Welcome to the The Gerald and Virginia Rose Foundation website.  We issue need based educational grants to help students succeed in trade or professional certification school or accredited college programs.  This program is open to students in Western Eagle County, Colorado only. Students with financial hardship may apply beginning April of each year.  Besides the standard application, a FAFSA, school transcript, and taxes must be included.  Any incomplete applications will not be considered for support. 

 

The board of the Foundation grants preferred status to those students remaining in Colorado who have in state tuition. If you were awarded a grant for your education you may reapply the next spring for continued support by submitting an essay about your school year, transcript and taxes. Any missing information will preclude you from continued support.
